- Defines Guide- line to build district-heating network by biomasses in mountain villages under 6.000 habitants
- Influences governmental action about efficiency title by use renewable energy
- Encourages integration between technological research and entrepreneur Fiper’s experience
- Create bio-energetic district in partnership with agricultural system
- Represents Italian energy renewable producer request at European level
- Changes behaviour of citizens concerning save energy
- Communicates to different stakeholder economical and environmental benefits of use renewable energy
- Promote the change, transfer of appropriate technologies, and partnership with other European association
