Stakeholders ask for a dedicated framework for the Heating and Cooling Strategy

20 stakeholders signed a letter to the Commission asking not to merge the Heating and Cooling Strategy with the electrification plan, given that it requires “a dedicated delivery framework”, especially in terms of planning and infrastructure investment. The Strategy does not figure in the Commission agenda, sparking concerns among sectors’ experts.
